Abstract
This paper introduces a pilot study of school-based curriculum at Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL). We integrate podcast with Chinese language learning. Our research objects are the secondary students in Singapore. In this pilot study there are 2 rounds courses within six-months. In this paper we describe the background and the research process first. Secondly, we share the research results based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, we provide a model of integrating podcast into Chinese language classroom activities using 3 communication modes in order to enhance students' interest in learning Chinese as well as their listening and speaking skills effectively.
