Abstract
This paper discusses teacher teaching and some reflection from a lecturer's perspective. In regards to training, the design of the lesson and its teachings are based on David Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle. This theoretical model consists of four levels; abstract conceptualization, active experimentation, concrete experience, and observation and reflection. From the process of theory to practical, this paper reports some observations based on the training and feedback from the teachers. This would enable the lecturer to reflect and think about strategies that would be able to bring about a more effective training result in the future
