Mr Chow Tsz Kit

Mr Chow Tsz Kit graduated from the Division of Chinese, National Taiwan Normal University. He is a Chinese teacher with the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Currently, he is attached to SCCL as a project officer under the Curriculum Department.
 

 

 

2. Interns

At the beginning of 2016, two batches of postgraduates from Jinan University and East China Normal University joined SCCL under our internship programme. They are currently participating in various research projects.

Liu Xiaolin, Xu Pingli, Chen Caixia and Li Yao are postgraduates from Jinan University. Liu Xiaolin is working on the project "An Investigation of Chinese Composition Writing Processes and Difficulties among Lower Secondary Students in Singapore". Xu Pingli participates in the project "A Preliminary Evaluative Study on the Implementation of the New H2 Chinese Language Syllabus for Pre-University Students in Singapore". Chen Caixia participates in the project "Drama as an Igniter in Teaching and Learning of Chinese Toolkit (Revised Edition)". Li Yao takes part in two research projects, namely "Implementation and Effectiveness of the New Chinese Language Bridging Course for Secondary One Chinese Normal Academic Students" and "AEE-Assisted Composition Writing and Teaching".

Wang Liman, Li Chong and Feng Qianru come from East China Normal University. Wang Liman participates in "Improving Primary School Children's Chinese Writing Ability through Scaffolding". Li Chong takes up two research project: "A Comparison Study of Using Two Types of E-dictionaries in Learning Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension Performance: Case Studies of S1 Students in Normal Academic Bridging Course and Primary Three Students" and "Enhanced Elementary Writing (Revised Edition)". Feng Qianru is working on the project "Evaluation on the iMTL portal".
