On 29 July 2026, Singapore Centre for Chinese Language organised an online sharing session featuring Mr Bian Huibin, a former art director and cinematographer. Titled "How to Write a Storyboard Script for a Microfilm", the three-hour session attracted 33 teacher participants.

        During the session, Mr Bian introduced the basic workflow of film production, the sequence of the various production stages, and the important role of storyboard scripts in filmmaking. He also provided a detailed explanation of the design principles, writing techniques, and practical applications of storyboard scripts. Through hands-on activities such as writing and reviewing storyboard scripts for microfilms, participants not only deepened their understanding of storyboard development but also gained a greater appreciation of the value of integrating film production into teaching and learning.
