The 4th graduation ceremony for the Master of Education (Teaching and Learning Chinese Language) was held on 18 March 2017 at Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL). The Guest of Honour for this year's ceremony is Ms Ho Peng (Advisor, Ministry of Education and Chairman, Board of Directors, SCCL). Professor Stephen Andrews (Dean of Education, The University of Hong Kong) attended the ceremony and presented the degree scrolls to the graduates.

        Eighteen students graduated this year and Master Teacher Mr Lim Chin Nam, aged 66, is the most senior among the graduates. Embracing the spirit of "live and learn", Mr Lim studied alongside his fellow teachers and set a good example of lifelong learning.

        The master programme information session for the new intake (the 6th Batch) was held right after the ceremony. Over 60 teachers from primary schools, secondary schools, junior colleges and pre-schools attended the session.
