Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) held the finals of "2022 National Preschool Teaching Aid Competition – Creative Picture Book Storyboard" on 20 August 2022, Saturday. Early childhood educators, students, parents and the public took part in the competition.

          The final results were released after a rigorous review by the judges. Dr Foo Suan Fong, Executive Director of SCCL, presented the trophies to the winners. Xia Yuejing, Cheng Sisi and Song Yufeng from My First Skool @ Blk 507A Wellington Circle, won the first prize for their entry "Merlion is looking for a job". The representatives from PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Keat Hong Blk 295 (DS) won the Outstanding Award, while the representatives from Kinderland Preschool @ Hougang were awarded the Excellence Award.
