1. Mdm Ho Kar Hui

       Mdm Ho Kar Hui was appointed as Master Teacher for Chinese Language in January 2024 and joined the Singapore Centre for Chinese Language the same year. She graduated with a Second Class Honours degree in Chinese Studies and Chinese Language from the Department of Chinese Studies at the National University of Singapore. She furthered her education at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Her 20 years of experience encompass various roles in the field of Chinese language education. She began her career as a teacher at Ngee Ann Secondary School and Dunman High School (Junior High). She was appointed as Subject Head/Chinese Language at Dunman High School (Senior High) and later, Head of Department for Mother Tongue Languages at Victoria Junior College. Mdm Ho's expertise extends beyond classroom teaching. She also served as a Senior Curriculum Resource and Development Officer at the Curriculum Planning and Development Division, the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Driven by a passion to enhance Chinese language teaching and learning, Mdm Ho aspires to collaborate with fellow teachers in her new role to develop effective teaching methods to strengthen students' proficiency and a deeper appreciation for Chinese literature.

2. Mdm Wang Xueping

       Mdm Wang Xueping was appointed as Master Teacher for Chinese Language in January 2024 and has since joined the Singapore Centre for Chinese Language. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, a Master's degree in Chinese Studies from the National University of Singapore, and a Master's degree in Chinese Education from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She has been awarded the Singapore Association of Writers Gold Medal for outstanding performance in Chinese Studies and the Ministry of Education Postgraduate Scholarship.

       Mdm Wang has previously served as a Chinese language teacher, Senior Teacher, and Lead Teacher at Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' School (Secondary) and Mayflower Secondary School. In 2021, she won the Distinguished Chinese Language Teachers Award. As a teacher leader, Mdm Wang eagerly anticipates collaborating with more Chinese language teachers to explore teaching methods that adapt to the current educational landscape and create a positive and open learning environment, aiming at cultivating students' communication skills, developing their critical and creative thinking abilities and equipping them to confront future challenges.

3. Ms Jasline Lim En Qi

        Ms Jasline Lim En Qi graduated from National University of Singapore with a Master of Arts in Chinese Studies. She is now a Research Associate at the Singapore Centre for Chinese Language.
