Chinese New Year Celebration

        The Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) organised a Chinese New Year Celebration on 2 February 2024. The event kicked off with a lively lion dance performance, followed by a speech from Dr Foo Suan Fong, the Executive Director. Next was the traditional Lo Hei session, symbolising prosperity and good fortune. The celebration also included fun game activities such as guessing idioms using emojis and a memory game featuring Chinese New Year images. There were also lucky draw sessions with a variety of prizes, adding to the festive atmosphere. SCCL colleagues came together to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, ushering in the new year with joy and excitement.
