Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) was invited to showcase and sell its publications at the Primary 1 Orientation held at Kong Hwa School on 1 November 2024. Ms Sim Hui Yin, SCCL Special Project Officer, introduced to the audience of 270 parents of new students some of the most popular SCCL publications, including the "Unboxing the Treasured Memories" Graded Picture Book Series, the "5E Add-on Children's Picture Books", "Singapore Kids' Picture Book Series", "New Stars Island" Graded Picture Book Series, and the "Rainbow Bridge" Interactive Graded Picture Book Series. The on-site book booth received a warm welcome from both parents and students.

         Other SCCL publications were also showcase, among which Help Your Child Learn Chinese Language Efficiently and Happily (available in both Chinese and English) is written especially for parents and advises them on how to better guide their children in learning Chinese.
