The 3rd Early Childhood Conference and Carnival was held on 25 and 26 September 2015 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre and attracted thousands of pre-school educators, parents and children. The theme of the conference was "Start Small, Dream Big: Reaching for the Stars". As a major training and research centre for Chinese language teachers, Singapore Centre for Chinese Language (SCCL) was invited to participate in the exhibition.

At the two-day event, the training courses for in-service pre-school teachers offered by SCCL received extensive attention from participants. SCCL's latest publication, the Rainbow Bridge Interactive Graded Picture Book Series, also attracted numbers of children, parents and educators.
