The "CPDD-NIE-SEAB-SCCL Sharing Forum 2019" was held at SCCL on 29 July 2019. The annual sharing forum is a platform for curriculum specialists, academics, researchers and Master Teachers from the four organizations to exchange their views on topics related to Singapore Chinese language (CL) education. With their synergistic effort, the four organisations hope to propel the teaching and learning of CL to a greater height. This year's event was graced by Mr Sin Kim Ho, Divisional Director, Curriculum Planning & Development Division 1.

     The theme of the year was "Chinese Teachers' Assessment Literary". Centred around this theme, Mr Chan Kwong Tung from CPDD shared a literature review of "Teachers' Assessment Literacy", Mdm Kwek Siew Hoon, Principal Master Teacher, presented on "A Conceptual Framework of Teachers' Assessment Literacy in Practice" and Mdm Chua Lay Keng from SEAB presented on "Analyzing the reliability and validity of the CL Assessment on the National Level".

     The participants discussed in small groups and brainstormed on "What courses, research and activities should the four organisations carry out to improve Chinese teachers' evaluation literacy in Singapore?" The discussion highlights shared by all the groups were fruitful takeaways from the quartet forum.
